Commissions are paid on a monthly basis and are tracked by industry-leading third-party software where you can track your earnings daily.
4. Is there a minimum commission threshold?
Yes. A minimum of $200 must be earned monthly to receive a payout.
5. Do negative balances carry over?
Yes, negative balances will carry over from month to month. You’ll need to work off the negative balance before your commision is paid out.
6. Do I earn commissions on my deposits or wagers?
No, you cannot earn commissions on your account. If you create an account as a referral of yourself, your account will be terminated.
7. How many players do I need to refer to remain active?
You need to refer a minimum of 1 active member (actively playing on our platform).
8. Which are the generally accepted countries?

9. How secure is my personal and business information?

Generally, there is no specific limit to the number of referrals an agent can make. However, there might be certain terms or conditions outlined, so please contact your Affiliate Agent Manager for detailed information.
5. How often are affiliate agents paid for their referrals?
Payments are scheduled weekly. The weekly calculation period starts on Monday at midnight and concludes the following Sunday at 11:59 PM (SGT).
6. Can I track the performance of my referrals/downlines?
Yes, we offer a weekly dashboard where agents can track the performance of their referrals/downlines including total amount of real money activities, sign-ups and of course, YOUR EARNINGS!
7. Are there any specific promotional guidelines or restrictions for affiliate agents?
Yes, our affiliate programs have guidelines regarding promotional methods, content usage, and compliance with advertising regulations. This should be adhered to avoid any issues.
8. What happens if a referred user/downline becomes inactive?
You will be informed by your Affiliate Agent Manager in regards to their inactivity, a discussion for reactivation may apply. The treatment of inactive referrals varies, as specific terms regarding user activity duration for commissions eligibility will be discussed during the onboarding process.
